The fastest and most fulfilling way to positively impact heart health, is through the use of organized sports. My family has a multitude of sports oriented professionals, personal trainers, college basketball coaches, and even a few basketball stars.
The idea that an influential basketball player could one day look at the camera in a game and yell “OBOH” will be the pinnacle of success and embody the idea of better health thru sports.
Question is: Whose going to be the first player?
